Valhalla Lift Wear was created out of a love of training and fashion, as well as a frustration with overpriced activewear that didn't fit, flatter, or last. Every piece is designed with premium fabrics, tested through real workouts, and made to give a luxury-level feel without the inflated price tag. 

Are the leggings squat-proof?

Yes, our leggings are designed and tested to be squat-proof while remaining comfortable, supportive, and flattering. 

What size should I choose if I'm between sizes?

If you prefer a more compressive or tighter fit, size down. If you prefer a little more comfort and flexibility, size up. If you are unsure, send us a message. We're happy to help! 

Are the oversized tees true to size?

Yes, our oversized tees are designed with a relaxed oversized fit. For a more standard fit, we recommend sizing down. 

How long does shipping take?

Our orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Once shipped, Australian delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on location. We are based in Victoria, which means same-state orders will take closer to 2 - 4 business days. 

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes, we offer exchanges for sizing where stock is available. If the size you need is out of stock, we will process a return for you. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your pieces. 

Is Valhalla Lift Wear a small business?

It sure is! Valhalla Lift Wear is independently owned and founder-led. Every order, tagged story, and post genuinely means a lot and helps support the growth of the brand. 

How should I wash my activewear? 

Cold wash only and avoid tumble drying or fabric softeners to help maintain the softness, stretch, and longevity of the fabric. This will keep your pieces looking and feeling their best for years to come.
