Valhalla Lift Wear uses Royal Mail to ship from within the UK to the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Standard shipping is £4 for all orders.  

Please note: Please allow 24-48 hours for your item to be dispatched excluding weekends & public holidays. 

Shipping within Europe. 

Valhalla Lift Wear uses Royal Mail to ship from the United Kingdom to Europe.

Standard shipping is £10 for all orders.

Valhalla Lift Wear is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. 

Shipping outside of the above regions

We are able to ship to countries outside of ones listed above. Shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the order (unless shipping to the above countries; refer to the above information).

Returns Policy 

We hope you are happy with your new purchase from Valhalla Lift Wear, however if you do need to return your item/s, it needs to be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

We will refund/exchange if the below terms and conditions are met;
The returned items must be returned in original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use. We will not offer any returns on items that have been worn, used or washed in any way. 

If you are returning an item due to change of mind or size, you will incur the shipping cost to return the item/s back to us and it is recommended you use one that has tracking. For peace of mind we will supply you with a UK address to return the items back to so you aren't having to pay for an international return.  

If you are unsure of what size you will be, contact us so we are able to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. 

If the item is deemed faulty Valhalla Lift Wear with cover the shipping replacement costs of the faulty item. 

Please allow 5 business days for Valhalla Lift Wear to process your return once it has been received by us before a refund/exchange is issued. 

Please email us at support@valhallaliftwear.com to request a return/exchange and the reason for returning and we will respond back to you with 2 business days to process your request. 

If the item you receive is faulty please email us at support@valhallaliftwear.com and we will respond back to you with 2 business days to process your request. 

A faulty item is one that is damaged upon arrival. 
General wear and tear from wearing or from misuse of washing care instructions is not considered a fault in the garment and won't be able to be considered faulty and cannot be returned.
